  Came here for a little Sunday sesh (perfect as the ferry is only $2.50). No problems with music or security - both were chilled. Great vibes and great pizza. Not cheap but actually a little better than I expected for a bar on an island in the middle of Sydney harbour ????

  Great chill relaxing place! Love their cocktails and pizzas. One fantastic view. Staff/security can try and be a little more friendly, please don't become like the staff/security at ivy day/club that was the main reason we stopped going there on our Sundays and started going to The Island Bar :)

  Came here for a friends farewell and we were lucky enough to have a whole section to ourselves. It was a stunning summers day so the drinks were flowing and the music was great. I wouldn't come here on a windy day as there is no place to hide from it. The food is also really good here. Don't come here if you're on a budget. It's expensive and it's worth spending a whole day out here.

  Absolutely loved The Island Bar! Although it's a bit of a trek to get there, it's well worth it for the incredible views, chilled out vibe and friendly staff. There is a limited menu of pizzas and salads, but a decent bar menu to compensate. They also accommodate large groups well. Highly recommend making the trip here.

  Visited this isolated chill-out spot on a Friday afternoon. The experience wasn't exactly what I'd expected but definitely served its purpose of being an, well, island bar. The deco and furniture give a feeling of chill-out beach bar yet casual and friendly. The crowd seemed to get older as it was getting late. Food and drinks are decently priced for what you'd expect at the sole entertainment spot on the island. The pizza is surprisingly good. This place is definitely made for a good time chilling in an intimate or big group. Bring a cardigan, the strong breeze might get cooler at night.
