  I work there for a work function. Nice staff that were good at making sure everybody got to have some canapes and even made sure the vegetarian food made it to the vegetarians. All pretty good canapes, recommend the red lentil croquettes, salmon rice crisps and mini beef pies. Pass on the smoked eggplant and the sausage rolls are average. Fried chicken bites we're ok but not if you actually want to taste much chicken. Lots of crunch and salt though! Love the outdoor patio heaters and fireplace for sitting outside in winter and the sangiovese was good quality. Note that the entrance from the alley to the deck is no longer for public use so you have to enter through the front door.

  Nice place but can get crowded quickly. However its a one of a kind place. Good food as well. They could improve their menu for starters and snacka a bit. But overall a great place for drinks with the family or with mates.

  Lovely old school pub! We were visiting from Newcastle & really enjoyed the relaxed Friday arvo vibe. Bar staff were all very friendly & even placed tealight candles on the tables as the sun was setting. We very much enjoyed one of the best & coldest pints of Asahi that we've ever had. Make sure you visit here when in town, as we will definitely return whenever in the area! Al & Michelle...

  Visited here for New Years Eve and it was fantastic. It's right in the centre of the city so the view from their rooftop of the fireworks is brilliant. The rooftop is pretty big so easy to get a space outside to see the show. The staff are great and they have a good range of beers behind the bar.
