Lindoni's Ristorante Italiano was established in 1988 and is situated in the heart of Hastings Street Noosa.
If you ask an Italian what they ate when they were a child their answer will always be specific to what region they come from in Italy or even possibly what village from within that region. They will also tell you that the one thing any Italian table will have in common across the country at any stage of the year is that the dishes you will find will be seasonally specific. This is the intention at Lindoni's. Our focus is on producing dishes that are inspired by the regional culinary traditions of Italy and more specifically the cooking traditions from Puglia and using the best local and seasonal produce to create them.
Onofrio Capurso (Rio as he is known to most) the owner and manager of Lindoni's was born in Bari, Puglia and is passionate about creating a menu that reflects his heritage and showcases regional Puglian cuisine, using the best of our local produce. He has also created a unique wine list that showcases some of the most spectacular flagship wines from Italy as well as a selection the lesser know regional varieties with a particular interest on Puglian wines.
