    Great fit out, greater food. Staff and friendly and helpful, the vibe is good, the wine selection is ace. I would potentially kill somebody for that prawn thingo in the orange sauce. Zucchini flowers are tops too.

    I am coeliac and follow a strict gluten free diet, to the extent that if GF foods are fried in oil that previously contained bread crumbs/wheat/gluten I have a reaction. My waiter was extremely patient with all my questions in regard to the ingredients and cooking methods and went above and beyond to check if the dishes I chose were appropriate to my needs. I am often misunderstood when eating out, but flying squirrel made my experience easy and pleasant. I pass my recommendations on to fellow coeliacs who also follow strict GF diets.
