  A very special occasion so I went with a high expectation. I am a regular to almost all fine dining in Sydney but had never been to est (only went there for a function). Est did not disappoint at all. The atmosphere gave a lovely sense of tranquility, likely due to high ceiling. Greeted by a friendly waitress, we were directed quickly to our table. Drinks were served immediately and with nice serving etiquette. Food was beautifully presented and tasted even better with matching wines. The waiter took all the effort to explain the dishes and the wines selection for each course. I was sure to give 5 stars except for the reason that there wasn't any backdrop music at the restaurant (is that even an issue?). Overall, lovely place that served good food.

  We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary today and were treated to an exceptional lunch, given impeccable service and a memorable candle lit cake to share. We have dined all over the world and were pleased to experience Est. here in Sydney, truly a gem. We will certainly be back.

  One of my faviroute restaurant in Sydney! Stylish, Elegant place, while all dishes are still served in white plates! (Most of other hats restaurants used black plates to serve which I just do not think that is a proper way to match fine-dinning cuisine) Great service standard, great quality of food!

  Beautiful and elegant fine dining restaurant with a very relaxing atmosphere. We took the four dishes menu and it was just divine from the entree to the dessert and very well presented in the plates. The staff is friendly professional and helpful. They explain what is in the plate when they serve it. We will be back very soon .
