  We went here without a reservation on a Friday. Should have made a booking because there was already a sizable queue to get in. Fortunately several people in front of us gave up waiting when told it would be 20 minutes wait and straight after they left we were seated. The place was packed yet the service was extremely fast and we got our pizzas within 15 minutes. The oven baked pizzas here have a nice base and they were not stingy on the toppings. However as a very popular place, we did feel the pressure to leave shortly after we had finished our meal as there were heaps of people waiting to get in.

  Just had a late lunch with coffee... Mammas has indoor and outdoor seats, is not far off George street and had really affordable options available amongst the usual stuff. I had a $9 beef burger and it was great! $3 coffee was delicious too!

  This is a nice restaurant in the heart of the city, just off George Street where everything you need is there. Whether it be for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, the atmosphere is constantly nice (even on the small patio that looks onto the street) and the staff are incredibly friendly. There is an upstairs area that is perfect for relaxed gatherings for example birthdays. Not exactly your 'cheap meal' but the food is worth every penny!

  The food exceeded our expectations for being so reasonably priced. I had the barramundi wrapped with prosciutto which absolutely rocked. The four cheese ravioli was also great. We did not have the opportunity to get back and try the pizza. All staff interactions were professional and friendly. I'd highly recommend Mammas for a casual, reasonably priced dinner.
