  By far and away, the best meal ever. Food was presented immaculately, and with perfect taste and texture. The matching wines were to perfectly paired. Service was impeccable. Make sure you go before they move to Melbourne.

  If I had to say one thing to fault this outstanding restaurant then it would have to be that I was sat a little too low in my otherwise extremely comfortable seat. The rest is almost beyond words. Magnificent food served by unpretentious, passionate staff. It is one of the very few places that lives up to expectation. It did not disappoint.

  Expensive tasting menu. But then that's upscale food in Sydney for you. I've been to a number of tasting menus in different countries. This stands out as the preparation is refined and unique. Service is very good, not quite top notch. The five appetitizers looked like candies until you taste them as seafood. Our dinner was a leisurely 3 hours and they don't rush you. They do charge extras like water and some menu choices. There are wine pairing and tea pairing with the meal. You can easily spend a thousand bucks for two people if you do the pairings.

  Better than all the rest in Sydney! No pressure, very comfortable and enjoyable ambience with great decor. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing non-alcoholic matched tea set as we don't really drink that much alcohol. The staff were so friendly without the usual snobby attitude or pushing wine sales- they surprised us with an extra complimentary dessert for our anniversary. The food is original and tasty, and the price was also very reasonable given the high quality of plates. Very sorry to hear they are moving. Definitely recommend Sepia!!
