Great place for events, personal or corporate. Right on the harbour, great views, good facilities, and attentive staff. We recently had an off-site regional meeting here and were happy with how the day went. Plenty of space to break into groups and the food we were served throughout the day was delicious.

The igloo was so cosy and the food and drinks were amazing. However it would be nice if our server actually knew the menu and what she was bringing us. When asked, she couldn't tell us what was what. Other than that it's an amazing place with so many different spaces that all had a warm atmosphere helped by the fact that everyone we were greeted by was polite and inviting.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Love the champagne on arrival. Staff are always friendly. Lovely bar front and centre with a chic cosy feel. Lovely outdoor seating with water views. Gantry restaurant is amazing. Fresh produce with a modern Australian menu. Rooms are well appointed, always clean and again great views. Within walking distance to theatre, the rocks and the city.

Came to Pier One for their "Hot Tub Igloo" event. We had a hot tub on the pier for 2 hours, service was great and room attached was good too. Would definitely come again!

What an absolutely amazing location and fantastic staff. We used this venue for our wedding, the venue is breathtaking, the staff were so helpful and friendly through out the whole process. The food was amazing, words can not express our satisfaction with this venue. The venue accommodated our needs and were flexible to allow us acesss to set up. It's was all of these things that made our wedding day one of the greatest days of our lives. Thank you to all the staff for you help, support and kindness. Highly recommended this as a wedding venue!
