Botts Beach Retreat is a holiday house located five minutes' drive from McLaren Vale with unobstructed sea views at Maslin Beach on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula. The house is suitable for couples, families and small groups. There are three bedrooms - one queen bed, one double bed, two bunks and two trundles.
Facilities include a spa bath, shower and toilet in main bathroom plus an additional toilet and outside shower - great for those days spent on the beach. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge room. No smoking permitted inside but smoking is allowed outside.
There is plenty to do. The house is opposite a reserve and 100 metres to beach. You can swim or walk along the family friendly beach or hike to Moana via the walk along the coast cliff top just behind the reserve. Try your skills on the pool or table tennis, or relax on the veranda and enjoy the fantastic ocean and reserve views. Sometimes you may even see hang gliders soaring in the skies right in front of the house.
